Day Trip Overview:
Spend a day traveling from lively Marrakech to Imlil hamlet, where you can stroll through Morocco’s High Atlas mountains. Travel via the Toubkal National Park to the Imlil Valley in the Atlas mountains. There, take a guided walk among Berber towns and waterfalls while learning about Berber culture.

The 1-day itinerary for the Marrakech to Imlil Village excursion is as follows:
We will leave your Marrakech lodging early in the morning on our suggested one-day excursion to Imlil hamlet, passing via Tahnaout, the Valley of Ghighaya, the Moulay Brahim gorges, and Asni before heading into the High Atlas Mountains.
You will begin strolling through Berber settlements between fields of fruits trees, walnut, apples, cherries, and vegetables as soon as we arrive at the village.
After ascending to armed village at 1900 meters, passing by a waterfall, you will pause for lunch and take in the view of Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa at 4167 meters. Afterward, we will descend via the western route, passing Achayn and Imlil villages en route, and finally arrive at the center to conclude our one-day excursion from Marrakech to Imlil village and return to Marrakech.
